2007 to 2013 Comparisons


FROM MY FIRST SHOW TO MY MOST CURRENT SHOW

If a female goes on a diet to GAIN weight, and she trains really really heavy, she can expect to add only 1-2 pounds of muscle a year. Since 2007, I have been training hard and cycling through off season and contest prep. Since then, I have added roughly 10 pounds of muscle. Even so, I am only a few pounds difference from the picture on the left to the picture on the right. Body composition is EVERYTHING!
